What you need to get started
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old to drive in London
- Valid full UK DVLA driving licence (held for 2+ years)
- Active TfL Private Hire Driver (PHV/PCO) licence
- Clear Enhanced DBS background check and right to work in the UK

- UK Driving Licence (front and back plastic card)
- TfL Private Hire Driver badge & paper licence
- Vehicle Logbook (V5C) & valid MOT test certificate
- Commercial Hire & Reward Private Hire Insurance certificate
- TfL PHV vehicle licence disk (2017 plate or newer)
